Training and Development:
Today Training and Development leaders worldwide are looking for ways to help their organizations adapt to change, develop leaders and become most effective. Because horses are finely tuned for survival in a constantly changing (outside) environment, which requires leadership and presence, they are naturals at teaching for organizations. What We Learn:

"Her knowledge of human needs and social networks is extensive. Her caring heart is genuine and inspired. Pia is creative yet common sense in her intervention and support strategies."

Additional Workshops
We assess your strengths and challenges, and build sessions around your needs. Pia and her team has years of experience helping clients with team work, team retention, blended families, foster families, adoption challenges, eating disorders and addiction issues.
Our sessions do not require ANY knowledge of the horse and will not include riding. We are facilitating the honest and non-judgmental feedback from the horse to support you in your endeavors to achieve peace, harmony, and excellence.
Open Door Project with Lincoln Middle School: Unbridled Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy has partnered with the Poudre School District to build leadership skills with Fort Collins youth. Students work with horses and learn to be positive leaders, build compassion, empathy, and confidence.
