We are here for people who:
  • are drawn to animals and are looking for a profound change through the healing of horses
  • have been searching for an alternative for clinical therapy environments
  • have been in counseling or therapy for a while but do not see improvement

Our team specializes in trauma-informed psychotherapy based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, DBT, Art Therapy, and Sand Tray work.  These are all options for bad weather days or days where clients would like to explore and process without horses.
Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy uses the strength, presence, and kindness of the horses through the EAGALA model to teach you how to start loving life again. Working directly with horses reveals new levels of understanding about ourselves without any judgment. Together with the herd of 6, we create goals which are heart-based and authentic.

Our model provides a framework with infinite possibilities for adaptability and creativity specific to the situation and individual.

Our mission is to support and guide you in your journey to better health and happiness. You will make a profound change for yourself, your partner, family, or your team when you start achieving your goals of healing, advancement, success, and excellence!

At "Unbridled", we specialize in working with individuals ages 4-85, couples, families, and group therapy. Pia has advanced clinical experience working with a wide range of topics, including profound dissociation, DID, and BPD.

We also provide learning and leadership opportunities for groups of all ages, as well as supervision for unlicensed candidates and consultation to licensed mental health clinicians.

“To be a horse! To know that freedom and run with them.
I would have given anything, to be a horse!”
